    * You are making an enquiry about Malena

Gulet MALENA joined the Adriatic fleet in the summer 2013, just after she was fully refurbished in Croatia. Since then, this gulet has been well looked after by her owners, regularly maintained during winters with the addition of something new every year to refresh the look and feel of the boat.
MALENA has a great charter record and a lot of that is due to her wonderful local crew of four.

Gulet MALENA can accommodate up to 10 guests in five en-suite cabins:
    - Four double cabins
    - One twin cabin

    • Length: 26m
    • Beam: 6.40m
    • Draft: 2.60m
    • Built: 1997
    • Refit: 2018

    Low Season (6 May- 27 May & 16 September - 7 October): €14,200 + half board + €3000 APA

The charter rate include: A week rental with four crew members, fuel for the yacht and generator work for approximately 4 hours per day/ air-conditioning approximately 6 hours per day if out of port/marina as powered by generators, yacht's tender for the guests' transfer from/to the gulet and complete linen and towels, including beach towels and Croatian VAT.

    Obligatory Extras:
Half board – includes full breakfast and lunch at €450 per person per week (an extra meal can be arranged during the week at €45 per person)

    • All-inclusive non-alcoholic drinks package at €150 per person per week
    • Wine and other drinks partly supplied by clients at €10 service charge per bottle.
    • All beverages completely supplied by clients at €800 service charge for the week

If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

    Dear Eva
We had a really lovely time on Gulet Malena. As a holiday on a boat it would be hard to beat. As it was my family's first we were thrilled.
The boat was wonderfully comfortable. The dining table and surrounding seating provided valuable shady space.

Tomasz was a great relaxed captain. Together with the crew nothing was too much effort. Luca's cooking was excellent and he made delicious alternative meals for those children that were a bit fussy.
The route and the moorings that Tomasz chose were lovely. We had peaceful evenings and were able on many mornings to have a swim before breakfast!
The only criticism/comment I would have is that is was a shame that we were never able to get the sails up. However if that was the price to pay for travelling on such a large, elegant boat, I understand!
Thank you for all your help in organising it.
    Many thanks

    Dear Sasha

Have to say this trip was way beyond our expectations. The Gulet was beautiful and perfect for the sometimes stormy weather we encountered- lots of room and extremely comfortable. The crew were excellent & the food first class - only complaint was the increase in weight from eating and drinking too much. Tomas was outstanding- we thought last years trip was wonderful but Tomas went out of his way to find lovely, out of the wind, private bays and amazing restaurants - even booking ahead for us -we were totally spoilt and pampered. Nothing was a problem.

If we want to go for 2 weeks with Tomas and his crew next year similar berth do you have any deals. Just don’t think we can beat this holiday. Many thanks to you and Eve & your staff for organising everything so well. Made everything stress free.

    Best regards

    Sasha,

Apologies for the slow response. We have been on the go since getting back and now family visiting.
Lucky we had such a divine time on the Malena.
It truly was a wonderful holiday - one I hope I get to repeat on day perhaps with some friends and my other son in tow.
The staff were superb. I can't imagine a better crew. Thomas was a wonderful Captain - Andrew fantastic and such fun! Our son had a blast with him. He knew exactly the correct way to interact with us all. Really a great guy And the food Luca provided was fantastic. How he does it so effortlessly was wonderful. I will be recommending it to my friends.
Having a younger crew was a real bonus. We noticed that many of the other ships had an older crew so we were pleased with ours
And the boat itself was just fantastic. So well maintained and having the eating area with the cover just made it I felt. So nice to still be able to sit there when the wind came up or it got a little chilly.
    Hope this covers everything.
    Loved it . Loved Croatia.
Fingers crossed we get to return.
Please let the crew know we loved it!

    Many thanks

    Dear Sasha
We have just arrived back in Australia from our wonderful time in Croatia. The gulet Malena and her crew were absolutely marvellous. We have previously sailed off Corfu in a catamaran and off Turkey in a gulet and there is absolutely no doubt that for space, comfort and style the gulet is the only way to go.We had thought that nothing could ever match our time in Turkey on Xenos, but we were wrong; Sailing the islands off the Dalmation coast and visiting the villages in Malena has eclipsed that experience.
The gulet was large, comfortable and beautifully presented. Having similar accommodation suites suited our group of 3 couples.Tomas, the skipper was attentive to our wishes, clearly highly skilled, intelligent, cautious and gave us wonderful advice and arranged great restaurants when we stopped at villages;the highlight being “Pelegrini” in Sibernik. Luca the equally delightful cook was amazing; his meals were extraordinary and generous. We wanted to bring him home! Andrew was delightful and funny; can’t speak highly enough of all three.
My wife is now wanting to do it again with our children and grandchildren!
Thank you so much for your assistance and professionalism. It was a great experience.
