SY JOY was one of the first Lagoon 77s available for charter, in the world. It was received with great excitement by catamaran fans. And no wonder! In many ways this is a perfect all-around yacht: spacious both indoors and outdoors, luxurious in design, finished to a high standard and with a great sailing performance.
Large open spaces, with an easy flow, make the most of the catamaran’s large volume, and big windows flood the yacht with light.
The spacious salon is on the main deck. There are sofas, a bar, a dining area and entertainment systems.
The master cabin is one of the highlights of this catamaran. It is large and en-suite, with a desk, walk-in wardrobe, and a generous living area. It has direct access into the main salon and out onto the cockpit and foredeck.
Catamaran JOY also offers two more double cabins and one cabin with bunk beds.
There are three main exterior areas and all are spacious. The large aft cockpit is also a great dining space with extensive seating and direct access up to the flybridge and down to the transom. The forward cockpit includes informal lounge seating and provides direct access on to the trampoline net.
The flybridge comes with a hardtop and a navigation station, sunpads, seating area and unspoiled views across the water.

WEEKLY CHARTER RATE 2023:
January - April : $55,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax
May - June: $58,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax
July-August: $60,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax
September - October: $58,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax
November - December: $55,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax
HOLIDAYS: $69,000 + 30% APA + 5% tax (10 days minimum)
Delivery Fees:TUAMOTU - $5,000 of delivery fee
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): is an estimate (usually 25% - 30% of the charter rate) paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.
Crew Gratuity: Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.
CYBA/MYBA terms will apply.
Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus VAT plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.
