Split was buzzing with energy as the second edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show brought together industry professionals from around the globe. The atmosphere was vibrant – filled with smiles from visiting brokers, the warm hospitality of yacht crews, and the pride of CROYA members who poured their hearts and minds into the event.
We’re especially proud that our founder, Sasha King, is not only a founding member of the CROYA Association but also part of the Charter Show Organisation Team. Over the past year, Sasha and her fellow Croatian brokerage owners have worked tirelessly to elevate the show, and the results speak for themselves.
This year’s event was bigger, better, and more international, with a record number of brokers in attendance and an impressive lineup of yachts on display. A resounding success by every measure!
This year, we had three of our Centra Agency yachts exhibiting: CORSARIO, FLORAMYE and SOLOMAR.
Every one of our attending crews went above and beyond, showcasing not just their professionalism but their five star personalities as well. A huge shoutout to each and every one of them, it’s always a pleasure to work alongside such talented, dedicated individuals. To us, and many others, they were the true stars of the show! They welcomed hundreds of brokers from around the world, hosted lunches and participated in multiple competitions.
Notably the most anticipated competitions of the show were focused on the brief of ‘The Croatian Nonas”. The Chefs’ Competition asked chefs to revisit their Nonas recipes, creating a meal that is a creative and loving reinterpretation of what Nonas cook in their kitchens. Focusing on traditional Croatian recipes prepared and presented in a modern way. The Tablescaping competition feed on from this, tasking competitors with the theme of “SITTING AROUND NONA’S TABLE”. The aim was to create the unique feeling of being exactly where you belong focusing on the quote: “The fondest memories are made when gathered around the table.”
Other competitions occurring, were CYBA’s Designer Water Competition where crews produced imaginative and fun fresh water recipes and the Cocktail competition where participants were challenged to craft a signature cocktail using ingredients commonly available on charter.
A special congratulations goes to CORSARIO, who absolutely stole the spotlight this year again, taking home three awards, one more than at CROYA 2024!

1st Place – Chef’s Competition
1st Place (Shared) – Tablescaping Competition
2nd Place – Cocktail Competition
Corsario’s continued success is no surprise. At CROYA 2024, the crew secured 2nd place in the Chef’s Competition, setting a high bar that they proudly surpassed this year with a well earned first place finish. Their dedication, creativity, and consistency continue to impress year after year.
SOLOMAR also made a strong debut at their first CROYA show, earning recognition right out of the gate:
3rd Place (Shared) – Cocktail Competition with ‘Liquid Gold’

The CROYA Yacht Show 2025 brought together an exceptional fleet, each yacht showcasing top-tier quality and proving why they belong on the Croatian charter scene. With such strong competition, standing out was no small task—but CORSARIO did just that, turning heads and leaving a lasting impression by winning in each competition it entered.
CHEFS’ COMPETITION: Awarded 1st Place

Chef Luka had a lot at stake after coming second at last year’s show! This year he was determined to do just as well or better. We were thrilled when he was awarded 1st place. He is truly exceptional and highly deserving!
TABLE SCAPING COMPETITON: Awarded joint 1st Place
Corsario’s crew went all out, transforming the entire saloon area into a Nonna’s home complete with washing line and table clothes. Their creative and homely immersion resulted in them being awarded joint 1st place. Host Dario and Hostess Nensi took this prize.
COCKTAIL COMPETITION: Awarded joint 2nd Place
Superb host/barman Dario did an outstanding job at the first Cocktail Competition. Dario created BASIL TWIST. Made using basil & cucumber clarified cordial, crushed fennel & coriander seed, lemon zest, gin, saline and Green Chartreuse. The two judges were impressed by this completely sea-through and delicious cocktail.

SOLOMAR made a strong debut at their first CROYA Yacht Show. Following a hugely successful first charter season, Solomar’s crew of 3: Marko, Iris and Katarina did themselves, and us, proud. The feedback from the visiting brokers has been exceptional.
“My experience on Solomar was simply the best!!! Her crew is fantastic, and she has become one of my favourites! Between the experienced captain and the kind service always there at our needs, you could not have a better combination…”

COCKTAIL COMPETITION: Awarded joint 3nd Place
Captain Marko took part in this year’s inaugural Cocktail Competition, his entry, fittingly named Liquid Gold, showcased gin infused with olive oil and a selection of local Dalmatian herbs, resulting in a refined, regionally inspired drink that perfectly captures the essence of the Adriatic.
CHEFS’ COMPETITION
Chef Iris was one of the competing Chefs in the competition and really made a name for herself.
Chef Iris focused on creating a fish menu: Smoked Sea bream carpaccio, Sea bass with celeriac, beetroot and fig leaf followed by white chocolate, basil and oil. Iris is certainly one to watch!
TABLE SCAPING COMPETITON

Solomars’ crew created an outstanding fishing themed tablescape which encompassed not only the table but the entire aft deck. Nets were hung, with shells and fish along with nautical clothes drying. We were so impressed!

FLORAMYE has made a strong impression at her first yacht show. Guests visiting her responded enthusiastically to her spacious layout, particularly the flybridge with jacuzzi, forward lounge area and bright, open interior. She was impeccably presented throughout the show, and the crew were on hand to provide detailed, professional walkthroughs.
FLORAMYE also participated in the Chefs competition and tables scaping, bringing excellent energy to both. Chef Igor Oliveric prepared a fresh, locally inspired dish that reflected his style on charter, while the tablescaping entry highlighted the yacht’s elegant, yet relaxed approach to onboard dining. Igor presented – Paradizot – a traditional local pudding reimagined in his own signature style. It was heartwarming to see the passion behind his story and the enthusiasm while preparing it. On board FLORAMYE this summer, meals prepared by Igor became one of the season’s true highlights, leaving guests inspired by the care, creativity and love behind every dish.
“We truly enjoyed our visit and getting to experience firsthand what makes Floramye such an exceptional charter option in Croatia.”

Every year we love to attend the worlds’ yacht shows but hosting and welcoming other brokers onto our Central Agent yachts is the highlight for us. We love to show off the excellent standard that our crews offer.
