Designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design and Nauta Design, Layer Cake is an Oceanis 51.1 offering a wonderful combination of sailing, space and comfort for exploring the Adriatic.
Until now, she has been used exclusively as a private yacht, and this shows in both her condition and the level of equipment on board. She has been exceptionally well maintained and thoughtfully equipped by her owners, with considerably more than one would normally expect to find on a sailing yacht of this size.
Her spacious cockpit provides plenty of room for relaxed meals and time together outdoors, while the large swim platform makes slipping into the sea at anchor wonderfully easy. A generator and watermaker give greater freedom to spend time away from marinas and enjoy the quieter anchorages of Croatia.
An upgraded sound system, high-quality tender and a carefully chosen selection of water toys add to what is, above all, a beautifully kept and very well-equipped sailing yacht, now available for charter for the first time.
Layer Cake accommodates up to eight guests in four comfortable double cabins, each with upgraded, high-quality mattresses for a great night's sleep. A separate crew cabin gives guests greater privacy and allows the yacht to feel entirely their own.
Large hull windows bring plenty of natural light into the contemporary interior, while quiet air conditioning throughout keeps both the cabins and living spaces comfortable, even during the height of summer.

Captain: Marijo Vatrov
Born and raised by the sea in Croatia, Captain Marijo Vatrov has an intimate knowledge of the Adriatic and a genuine love for sharing it with his guests.
Marijo takes time to understand what each group wants from their holiday and shapes the itinerary around them, combining beautiful anchorages and favourite local spots with great restaurants, towns and experiences along the way.
His background in competitive basketball has given him a strong sense of teamwork, discipline and leadership. Warm, attentive and always focused on safety, he has a natural ability to be there when needed while giving guests the space to enjoy the yacht as their own.
For Marijo, a great charter is a personal one, and his aim is to make every journey memorable.
